Hey there lovely people! How excited are y’all to see another Friday? Today I want to talk to you guys about one of my all-time favorite things: graphic tees! There are endless styling possibilities, they can be worn year round, and they can be another extension of your personality. I really love to find graphic tees that have a special meaning in my life; for example, an encouraging saying (a life motto, if you will), a concert or band tee that brings back memories, or even something as simple at the year you were born. Kevin ALWAYS says “love you to the moon and back” so I just couldn’t say no to this one. I know, you see this saying everywhere, but I think it’s super sweet when he says it, so sorry (not sorry) for the cheesiness. I know some graphic tees/tee brands can be pretty pricey, but there are some super cute ones out there that don’t cost $100. I’ll link my favorite tees + where to get the cutest, most budget friendly ones below!
Pro Tip:American Eagle, already super underrated IMO, has some of the best/softest/cutest tees ever. They’re also extra budget friendly, so go check them out!
The Outfit
I paired the tee with a lightweight polkadot button down that’s perfect for the upcoming season. Now let’s talk about these jeans for a second. I recently purchased these Topshop Jamie jeans from Nordstrom and y’all. I am in love. They are so comfortable (there’s nothing I hate more than stiff denim) and extremely budget friendly. This brand/style will probably be my new go-to the next time I buy jeans. Not to mention, these are half off right now!! I also got to break out one of my favorite spring/summer bags and sandals for this one, so that’s exciting! Come on, spring weather!
Styling Graphic Tees
There are so many different ways to wear these, but I wanted to share a few of my favorites with y’all.
- Under a button down, cardigan, or jacket – I love to layer graphic tees! This makes them perfect for cooler weather, and also adds a little bit of interest. I really like to pair them with printed button downs or oversized cardigans. It’s so easy to do, and you can sneakily wear your favorite tee on repeat if you’re constantly changing the top layer 😉
- Tied up or half tucked into high waisted bottoms – I kind of did the half-tucked-in thing with this outfit. I think it makes for a super casual look, and it highlights your high waited jeans without having to tuck in your entire shirt. Knotting the hem of your tee does the same thing but also adds a little more interest and creativity to your outfit.
- Dressed up – I love taking a good graphic tee from day to night. Pair it with trousers or a skirt, and throw on a blazer and your favorite heels! This look is so chic, and it’s also a great alternative to your typical not-so-comfy going out look.
- Lounging around – Since they are tees, they’re great to throw on with sweats or leggings to wear around the house and even to run errands. You’ll still look cute and feel somewhat put together!

Notes on sizing: these jeans run small, so I ordered a size 28W 30L (normally wear a 26/27). Also, this button down runs super small. The sleeves were really tight so I ended up getting an 8 (usually wear a size 4 in H&M tops).
Some of my favorite places to find affordable graphic tees include: Nordstrom, American Eagle, Forever 21, H&M, and Urban Outfitters.
Below are more tees that I’m loving right now!
Hope you all have a great weekend!
