Happy almost weekend, friends! The weather is changing here, and I am LIVING for it! A pumpkin patch trip is def in our near future. Fall has always been my favorite because of the fashion (obviously), but also because there are so many fun things to look forward to for the rest of the year. But back to the fashion. There are some great trends this year, and y’all know by now that I’m not a huge trend person. I try to stick to a classic wardrobe, but this season it’s getting harder and harder. One of my favorites this year is moody fall florals. So I thought I would take that trend, mix it with a classic silhouette, and show you a couple of ways to wear it this season! Keep reading for two ways to wear a wrap dress this fall!

Ways to Wear a Wrap Dress: Dressed Up with a Twist
There isn’t much more of a classic out there than a good wrap dress, in my opinion. They are SO flattering on pretty much every body type, and they’re incredibly versatile. The first way I styled this perfect little floral number from WearNYLA is dressed up with a trendy heel and bag. This is probably the easiest and most expected way to wear this dress. This look is so perfect for a day at the office or even for an event like a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. The colors make it great for fall, but you could even wear this dress in the summertime too! Of course you could stick to a classic heel and bag, but I thought it would be fun to spice up the dress with a mule featuring a clear strap. I love adding subtle trends like this into a classic/minimal look.

Ways to Wear a Wrap Dress: Dressed Down with Denim
I am SO in love with this outfit. One of my favorite styling hacks is to take something dressy, and dress it down. Whether it’s with a pair of white sneakers, or boots and a denim jacket, it’s so fun to get the most out of what you have in your closet. That’s exactly what I did here! This little outfit just screams Fall. I’ve thrown a denim jacket over the dress (you can drape it if it’s too hot to fully wear), added a pair of my favorite booties, and topped off the look with a great felt hat. This outfit is great for a fall weekend out and about, whether you’re getting a head start on holiday shopping or heading out for a casual date night.

Outfit Details
My floral dress is from one of my favorite boutiques, wearNYLA. They have some of the cutest pieces for fall right now, so definitely go check them out. I ended up needing a medium in the dress because it was a little snug around my shoulders, and I didn’t have enough room to properly wrap it. So make sure to size up if you’re in between sizes.
Mules are my new favorite shoe purchase! They are from Zara and are under $50! I’m wearing a size 8, which is true to size for me. My denim jacket is one you’ve seen a few times, and is a closet staple for me. It’s a size medium from Abercrombie. I like to size up in most of my jackets and coats for a little extra room for layering. Booties are from Franco Sarto, and I am obsessed. They go with literally everything and are SO comfy. Wearing a size 8!
