Holiday Party Outfits
It is officially the most wonderful time of the year! With Thanksgiving this week, and holiday parties in the near future for a lot of us, I thought it was a good time to share a few holiday party outfits for inspiration! So many of you said you wanted ideas on what to wear to a holiday work party, so I’ve put together 3 perfect looks that can go from the office to after hours seamlessly.
Just a little disclaimer, a lot of these outfits are made up of pieces I’ve had for a couple of years, so I won’t be able to link a lot of the items. But I will do my best to link some similar ones!

Velvet Wrap Dress
All three of these outfits consist of something velvet because I think velvet just screams holiday! Plus it’s incredibly comfortable to wear. A good velvet wrap dress is work appropriate but also so festive. Especially if you choose colors like emerald, burgundy, or even black. A dress like this one is perfect for a fancier event, for something like a corporate holiday party. But still very “work appropriate” and comfortable!
My favorite places to find velvet dresses like this one: Zara, Asos, Nordstrom, and Lulu’s.

Sequin Sweater + Velvet Pants
This outfit might just be my favorite! There is nothing comfier than an oversized sweater and a pair of velvet trousers (these have an elastic waist!). I love this outfit for a work party that happens during office hours because it’s great for all day wear. A sequin sweater is the perfect way to add a festive flair to your outfit too! You can even replace the sequins with pearls and the velvet pants with leather ones if that’s what you have in your closet!
Another great outfit option would be to pair a white sweater with white pants (corduroy or velvet) for a winter white look!

Ivory Sweater + Velvet Mini Skirt
This look is perfect for a more casual holiday party (just swap the boots for heels to dress it up some). I will always love an ivory sweater for holiday season. Paired with a velvet mini, it creates the perfect holiday party outfit. And to let you in on a little secret, this sweater is actually the sweater dress from this post!

Hope this post was helpful to you if you’re preparing for any upcoming holiday parties! Let me know in the comments if you enjoyed this post. Be on the lookout for a Black Friday/Cyber Week sales post coming Wednesday night at midnight!
